I started blogging this year for the first time when I started golfing. Well, the golf lessons happened, but the blogging hasn't been. Mostly because in my free time I've been distracted by knitting.
It was a year of starting to... knitting first, then golf and blogging. The knitting is self-taught... plenty of books and websites to learn from. I'm still working mostly on rectangular things - scarves, placemats. That is giving me the opportunity to get comfortable with the various stitches and experiment with different types of yarn. I'm not bored with rectangular things yet, but looking to branch out soon.
I'll post a few pictures soon of a couple of the projects I've completed. Stay tuned, winter is definitely a better time to knit than golf!
